Our Shipping Policy
Products will be prepared in 1-2 business day and then shipped, all smaller order will be shipped in bubble mailers too ensure your package makes it to you damage free.shipping for smaller products will cost you roughly 7-10$ . For larger order like grains bags shipping will be more due to weight and volume . All grain bag order preparation will take 3-4 days.we make all grain bags fresh as soon as you order to ensure you get a quality product . Standard shipping takes 5-6 business days once shipped , express shipping is available if you want your order faster.
Returns
For all inquiries on returns you will want to contact our customer service page. For damaged products we require a picture and video of the damaged product, customer service will determine refund and exchange after investigation. For orders that do not arrive at destination we have pictures provided by shipping companies as well as locations delivered . We will do a full investigation on where the package ended up, if the fault was on us or the shipping company we will fix promptly. Our investigation process is to protect us from scammers who try to scam our company out of products.
